  1. I HAD 3 S0NIC receipts for a free route 44 drink entered them on time and never got to fill out a survey so I lost 3 free drinks I go to my sonic at least 4 times a week

  2. I often visit the Sonic that is around the corner of my house. This is at least 5 times a week. At 8:01 I placed an order for large onion rings & large Diet Coke. I paid with my debit card. After waiting 10 mins the carhop-the ONLY one working-came to my stall & informed me that they just ran out of onion rings. I then ordered a large tater tots extra well done & asked that my receipt be adjusted. When the carhop brought my tots there were NOT WELL DONE & WERE COLD! Also, my receipt was not adjusted so I paid $5.70 for cold tots & a drink. This is ridiculous! My orders are often wrong. I do not believe there is a manager as they are advertising for one! They often only have 1 carhop working which makes the wait so much longer. I will be going across town from now on as I am truly tired of the food and service at the one on 6th Street in Bkytheville, AR!!!!!!
