In order to take the MoeGottaKnow survey, you will need to meet a few requirements. The most important one is to have a recent Moe’s receipt. Your receipt should contain a MoeGottaKnow survey invitation and a code. You will need to enter this code at in order to access the questionaire. You will also need the receipt to redeem the Moe’s survey reward.

Survey participants must be of legal age in their state of residence. Moe’s employees cannot take part in the survey.

After sharing your opinion with Moe’s, you will be eligible for another benefit. Finishing the survey gives you access to a special discount coupon. You can use this Moe’s coupon to get $2.00 off your next purchase. In some cases, you must spend a certain amount in order to use your Moe’s coupon. The Moe’s coupon will expire in a couple of months.

To obtain this discount code, you will have to complete the Moe’s survey. After you answer all the questions, you should see the Moe’s coupon code on screen. Write it down on your receipt before closing the website, as you might not be able to recover the coupon code after closing website.

  2. Type the store number found at the top of your receipt into the blank field.
  3. Select the orange button that says “Next.” landing page
  4. Pick the correct location for your Moe’s visit, and then enter in the time and method of your visit. Click the “Next” button to continue after each set of questions.
  5. Tell Moe’s whether or not their employees were polite and prompt.
  6. Rank your overall satisfaction with your visit to Moe’s and various aspects of the service at Moe’s.

  8. Write any other additional comments down in the blank text box.

  1. Food was good, place was clean, workers were kind. However was kids eat free all day Saturday on signs outside and was charged just over 11$ for 2 taco, chip cheese and drink.

    All I can say is so totally not true kids eat free all day Saturday and a good way to lose business by running your customers off for misleading information.

  3. Tiffany was very rude to me and my daughter today!! She did NOT want to be working today obviously, and therefore should not be around people. Never have I had a rude employee at Moe’s. You made a mistake allowing this one to work for you
