BIG LOTS SURVEY – PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

In order to be eligible to win a prize for your participation in the survey, you will need to be eligible. The eligibility requirements are as follows:

During each quarter of the year period, Big Lots will do a drawing among all participants who filled out the survey and provided their name and address. The winner of the drawing will receive a $300 gift card to Big Lots.

The gift card is redeemable at any Big Lots store for Big Lots products, but cannot be substituted for cash. Four gift cards are awarded over the course of the year, totaling $1,200 in prize money each year.

2. You will be prompted to select either English or Spanish.
3. If you have your receipt, you will be asked to enter the following information:
   • Register #
   • Transaction #
   • Store #
   • Amount of Purchase
   • Time of Visit
   • Date of Visit
4. Answer a series of questions about your Big Lots store experience.
5. These questions will cover things such as how you were treated by staff, whether you had any problems, how clean the store and its bathrooms are, and how the checkout process went.
6. In order to be eligible for the gift card, you’ll need to enter your name and personal information.
7. If you’re interested in receiving Big Lots coupons, promotions and invites to further surveys, you can leave your email address.
