Winners are notified within six weeks of being selected, and they are notified over telephone or mail. You will need to respond to this notification within two weeks, or you may forfeit the prize.

5. Answer the questions about how satisfied you were with the store, service, and merchandise during your visit to Belk. Click the Nnxt button to move to each new page of questions.
6. Submit your answers to the questions by clicking on the button that says next.
7. Enter your contact information if you wish to be contacted about winning the sweepstakes.
8. Register for the sweepstakes to win a $500 gift card.
