The Chilis-Survey which can be accessed at www.chilis-survey.com gives you the opportunity to submit your feedback based on your visits at Chili’s Grill & Bar. You will also get the chance to enter the Chili’s sweepstakes draw after you complete the survey.
Chilis Survey Participation Prerequisites
To complete the Chili’s guest survey, you must have a recent Chili’s receipt with a Chili’s survey invitation code. You will need the code to access the survey itself. The receipt must be no older than 4 days. You will also need to provide some details about your purchase. All this information is printed on the receipt. Chili’s survey participants must be at least 18 years old.
Chili’s Survey Rewards
When you complete the Chili’s survey, you will be invited to enter the Chili’s Survye Sweepstakes. There are two types of prizes awarded in the Chili’s sweepstakes. One is a daily prize consisting of $1000. You will also get the chance to win one of the three weekly prizes consisting of $500.
To enter the Chili’s Sweepstakes, you must be at least 18 years old. No purchase is required to enter the sweepstakes, and buying something from Chili’s will not increase your chances to win the sweepstakes.

- Go to the Chili’s guest survey website, www.chilis-survey.com
- Select your language between English and Spanish by clicking on either “Begin in English” or “Commience in Espanol”.
- Enter the twelve digit personal code, found near the bottom of your receipt, as shown in the picture.
- Rate different aspects of your Chili’s experience, such as the service, staff members, menu, meals, cleanliness, atmosphere and layout. Remember to click Next after each question.
- Type in your personal information, including your full name, phone number and email address.
- Finish the Chilis survey and enter the Chilis Sweepstakes
