To be eligible to complete the AC Moore Cares survey you must meet the following requirements:
- Have a valid receipt that has a store number, transaction number, and date and time of your last visit
- Own a device that can connect to the internet.
- You must be at least 13 years old.

Customers who complete the survey will receive an AC Moore coupon to use during their next visit to AC Moore.
AC Moore Cares Survey Completion Steps
- Make your way over to the AC Moore Cares survey website at www.acmoorecares.com.
- The page, by default, will load up in English. If you prefer to have the questions written out in Spanish, click “Espanol” in the bottom lefthand corner of the webpage.
- You will be asked to input four pieces of information located on your printed receipt: store number, transaction number, date of visit, and time of visit (you can find them at the top of your receipt).
- You will be asked various questions about your experience at the store such as, which department(s) you visited, which department(s) you bought from, how much time you spent in the store, how the staff treated you, etc.
- Finally, submit your answers.
- After you complete the survey, you will be given a one-time use coupon code to help you save money during your next visit. Remember, this code is only valid for 30 days after you complete the survey, and it must not be given away, traded, duplicated, or sold.
